Yes, all data is encrypted and transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All Visa and Mastercard transactions are accepted only through Secure Electronic Transaction (SET).
Once we have verified that the credit card is accepted by SET, the system will then contact the emitting bank thus allowing the purchaser to make the purchase. Once the bank has confirmed the card authenticity, the debit will go through. Should this not be the case, the order will be cancelled.
As soon as we receive the parcel containing the product, we will proceed with the repayment within 30 days of receipt of the returned parcel.
